Mine too. You can turn off "Real-time protection", then you can download and unzip. However, I have concerns about whether it will take down my computer.

I have tested the zip file on virustotal and it seems like a false positive.

As you can see, it seems very clean with a 100% rate.

I have the same problem, and I tried to download the file from different browsers but I can't download it as the download ends. Windows blocks it for me. And I can't seem to complete the download. A solution?
