Installed in heavy modded BAT422HF4 and got all working....

I have only to report a small glitch noted in the past with other seaplanes: when it reach the landing waypoint stops the engines before landing on water....IIRC this is due a wrong settings in the FM...not sure if it hasn't correctly setted as seaplane....

Yeah, it's still a thing in BAT WAW 4.1. I just take control before the 2nd to last waypoint, and land manually.

Hallo,
i have made a short mission and the plane normally land and switch off the engines as it arrives to the last waypoint.

However i have noted that after it touches the sea surface on landing, it doesn't float with all the fuselage but only a little part of it goes under the sea surface. The manouver rudder is over the sea surface.

I will ask to Dreamk to understand more about this behaviour.

Best regards.

Is it supposed to be otherwise till the plane is almost stopped? Whn landing on water a seaplane first "skids" on teh water before sinking its fuselage. Some plane do that faster than others in the game  - this is related to the position of center of gravity of the plane and of the gear clips.

Not a FM problem but an AI problem and apparently specific to given installations as Dandolo cannot reproduce that on his own BAT installation - most probably an interference with another mod touching at the AI , I suspect a version of the EngineMod - Western's issued a number of patches and some of them may be the cause of this bug

... I've been having that strange behaviour in QMB AI missions with seaplanes in my ... 4.09 game version since the ancient times, so don't you worry ...  ;)

W_S_972 was a good Rebel... but alas he was bewitched by the songs of the Imperialists... what a waste!  :(
Mick, if we have to be the last two Rebels, that's okay!  :D

Another small glitch...the propellers blades aren't aligned with the spinner but rotate at the engine crank....

Hallo Whiskey_Sierra_972.

Thanks for tests You are doing.

On my side, BAT 4.2.1 , the spinner rotate with the  propeller. Maybe i have not understood your advice.

Best regards
