Exactly. Both are different and only one works for both.

All right now...removing that classes solved all issues....

BTW if you're 4.12 or if you CTD, try removing 4008DACA32C09000 file (the SPAD_X classe you probably already have in your game, which comes with the SPAD XIII or VII) 


First post updated with last version...
...removing  classe did it for me in 412.2  SAS 5.3

It works fine on 4.12.2m, BAT 4.1_DOF without any error messages even with that class file, so I didn't have to delete it.
