Load in UQMG 1946 Max for DOF still has some bugs that I will work out, but still...

Fixed loading issues.  Found out it had to do with out-of-cycle Mod Support (like adding mods outside of BAT updates).  Works great but I need to add a true DOF template to make this really interesting.  Also I added code to change versions.

Added aircraft pictures, and as I have mentioned, DB support is already there.  I also updated the Carrier list.  Currently it will support BAT 4.2.2 HF4.   Once I finish the Gallipoli map template I will release it as an addon to the current PreAlpha.  Once I do that I will work on bringing current support to 4.2.3.
