HI Everyone!
SO.... Hear me out....
Maybe its Mandela Effect... but I don't think so.
I've been looking for information on Fokker Eindeckers. I've already found a ton of info, which is great! I never realized how many "variants" there were during production. Some of them even went to factory for repair and came back to the squadron changed in some way for testing...
Unfortunately, what I CANT find.... but I am ALMOST 100% CERTAIN I have seen before, is info on an Eindecker with a Daimler In-line engine fitted. I've seen the picture. It was on the ground, photo taken from the left front quarter angle.
I KNOW this aircraft existed but its as if all memory of it has fallen off of Google. Between pulling my hair out, I even doubted myself and tried looking for it among the Pfalz Eindeckers but no luck there either....
Does anyone know what I'm remembering? Or where I can find this info on this unusual Eindecker variant?
Thanks in advance!
Micah
