Bloch MB-152C skinpack, battle of France UPDATE
« on: October 02, 2024, 10:28:13 AM »

Hello everyone!
I managed to finish the Bloch MB-152C skinpack for the Battle of France. The skins are semi-historical/non-historical. It represents MB-152C aircraft from the GCI/8,1ere Escadrille and GCII/9,3eme Escadrille. I managed to  identify some hidden parts that I did not notice in the first package. I made the inner sections of the wing and the landing gear in the correct color, according to those documented. All the skins are improved. The planes with no. 14 and 20 are duplicates with different camouflage, the one from the first package and the new one. The skins are made on Template by Leperemagloire. To whom I thank for the work. Many thanks to Ranwers, who helped with the skeleton for the skinners.

Hello to everyone!
I am preparing skins for the 501 Squadrons in France and Battle of Britain campaign. For this I will also make skins for the French aviation. This is a skinpack for the MB-152 from the GC I/8,1ere Escadrille. I cannot classify them as semi-historical but rather non-historical, but similar or inspired by historical ones. But from a foggy cockpit and from 200 meters, I think they look good.  ;)  They are made on a template made by Leperemagloire.Thank you,Leperemagloire!

Hi everyone!
I apologize, I deleted the previous skinpack for MB-152. The skins it contained will be redone with what I managed to improve. So in the following skinpack there will be GCI/8 and GCII/9. I thought of redoing the first ones as well, I think it would have been a shame not to make them like the new ones. I hope you will not be upset.
Wish you all the best!

Gentlemen, I'm glad you like it!
Use them with confidence. If it seems to you that the color tones are not suitable, do not be disappointed, the next series will have a small difference. I read on a forum of modelers ( https://fighters.forumactif.com/ ) that the French used the colors khaki and gris bleu claire with different tones, trying to find the most suitable tone for camouflage. So I think that it is possible that the other colors (brun mat, gris bleu fonce) were not perfectly same on every a/c. And in the end I think that at present, everything depends on the interpretation in colors of black and white photos. Also, the camouflage scheme was quite flexible, if I'm not mistaken, it was not identical from plane to plane. However, for those skins that I did not find in the photos, I tried to make them closer to the existing camouflages in the photos or color profiles.

Wish you all the best!
