Combining Actors.static

I have two actors.static files that I would like combine.  I don't want to just merge buildings however, I'd like to merge runways/airdrome points for the airfields.  I have Zuti's Actor Management tool and so far I've managed to combine the two outBuilding files together

You should be able to just cut the entries of one outWing (f.e.) and paste it into another?
Repeat this with the other files, name them all "inXxxxx" and then use the Actors Management Tool again..
