Hi guys!

Sorry for adding a maybe unneccessary thread but..

Is there a dl link for a clear old HSFX version ... 6.0.x prefered.

I couldn't find one.

Are you sure you would like version 6.0? if i remember well this was for 4.11. In any case I think i still have the original download files

I want to generate a Map Builder and as my old one was killed and with HSFX 7.0.3 it won't -don't know why- work.

I created my maps with a MB based on 6.0.1 (if I recall right) and this worked quite fine...

No they don't.
At least I couldn't find it there.
They have 6 in the dl area, but no working dl links.

I don't know why I can't get HSFX 7.0.3 to work as a Map Editor.
But now I'll get the "good old ME" back.

Of course not as the files.sfs with all the classes will be 4.12.2 so incompatible with the HSFX6 pack that was conceived to run on a 4.11.1 version.

What you need to do is just to get the the files.sfs of the 4.11.1 TD patch that you can get here

extract from the patch the files.sfs and then overwrite the one of your clean 4.12.2 at this point you will have a (more or less) clean version 4.11.1

I'm just wondering... wasn't HSFX precisely known to sport it's own files.sfs (like Ultrapack)?
In that case installing HSFX 6 on top of 4.12.2 might just work.

this is easy to check having a look at the HSFX6 installation files. In any case installing also the 4.11.1 files.sfs will do no harm if a dedicated files.sfs is installed it will be overwritten if not it will be there to be used.
