Ju-88 Landing Flaps

Anyone noticed the landing flaps on the Ju-88 won't deploy unless you're dangerously slow? (around 150km/h?)
The plane will automatically retract the flaps.
I don't know if this is an intended feature   ]dontknow[

I was flying the A4 version, to be specific.

250 km/h to be exact. I guess it's a feature.
