Dynamic weather - is it possible?

Hi, I'm just wondering, is it possible for Il2 engine to create and maintain dynamic weather?
How I imagine this feature: During one mission, we encounter sun and minimal clouds but after some time we will fly into thunder storm.

There is a manual in BATDOCS for the CanC mods.

Basically, with this object the weather changes every 20 minutes, to the one above or below by random chance. Or it can stay the same.
