That is a technical miracle then. BAT 4.2 added some tweaks that improve performance.
Other than having less planes to load, there is no advantage to 4.1.

Check your conf.ini and graphics post processing settings.

hi, the new update looks great, my head was surprised by the Cheftain and Stryker 1126 IFV, which will be perfect for my operational camps in Ukraine and Arabi .. thank you very much for this magnificent work, I appreciate it and in order not to send only cheerful requests here, I decided in the 3D blender for a new project, which is listed in the section in the USSR modern vehicle pack

VP, Log File was activated and still shows a past action. Now the IL-2 Selector.exe 5.2.2.0 has stopped working at all, nothing when you click on it. I had v4.2.3 working beautifully, so I installed over that.

BUT, Now here is something really bad. Now none of my Il-2 installs are working. Clicking on the start exe does nothing!? Any idea what in the Sam Hell would cause this.

Have played BAT flawlessly for years and do not have DEP issues. However this new Danger Zone module has caused my whole IL-2 installation to be dead in the water. It will not start at all now regardless of selected era in the mod selector. I even went so far as to do a fresh install of the 4 modules in order over the steam version and after danger zone it simply does not want to start. It ran fine on the last module (Flashpoint) before danger zone.  It just hangs on the mod selector loading screen after starting the game and never loads the game. I even tried running il2FB.exe directly and it will not start now. You  may want to seriously look into this.

Edit, did some trouble shooting, it finally worked. Looks like rebooting after installing Danger Zone rectified whatever the issue was. Thanks for the awesome update guys. always look forward to this early Christmas gift. :) I always brag to people that BAT is the only way to play 1946. Great work.

Just wondering Witchy, but did you  do a restart of your PC? I thougt thats what hapened when I turned my PC on on investment the evening. I have't as yet tried DEP yet but I will tomorrow night.

At 77 I am vexed by this as my 2.2.3 was working beautifully!

BAT use the new selector that enable dynamic RAM usage and optimization....if Windows detect it as a danger it could have extended the 'protection' to all IL2.exes....try DEP...maybe not but better avoid a missed check....
