Hi mates!

As BAT 4.3 is out and I'll consider it as the definitive version for a suitable amount of time , I plan to test and report if some mods could be compatible with it....

I'll add initially only effects to give the graphic some boost....

Admirable effort!

I fear my big effects pack will run into issues, due to the involvement of some critical base classes.

My crude compiler has given me trouble with a couple of classes when trying to update my effects to 4.2.2, for instance.

I hope not....I made a quick test last night and got no CTD....but next few days I'll test it better with resolved classes....

I’ve flown with my mates with a 4.3 version with latest effects by Whtech, sound mods and new Pilots didn’t find major problems if any at all. Looking forward to flying with even more people in Hiperlobby tomorrow night. I’ll let you know my findings. So far so good

Apprently seem to work because in Vanilla or with the mod added at short range settings (5000) the smokes and the plates disappear soon while with long settings (30000) smokes (type 3) disappear at around 11000 mt with this mod alone and at around 15000 mt with added WxTech effect 1.6 (atm in pre testing) , plates with long settings disappear at around 20000.....

I have checked the resolved files date of creation (not their java work because I'm neither able to resolve nor to understand java language) and since them were created in about the same period , BAT could have the older version with fixed values....



If WxTech need the BAT files to check compatibility , version or origin (stock or not) I can zip and send you the BAT 4.3 one....

It should be anyway inside BAT 4.3 as the resolved classes are inside (same creation dates and times) but seem missing one file update.... 8A542BB655833700 ....for this ship :

Ship$Tanker.class

It is the only one that have the older creation date and time while all other ships should have the WxTech files (same date and time)

This file should be related to this ship:

Tanker                      ships.Ship$Tanker                  1 icons/shipDestroyer.mat

That in GUI is:

Tanker                          Liquid Cargo Ship

Anyway , this mod involve also Western Daihatsu landing craft mods....which I'm going to install because these IJN landing crafts seem missing from BAT 4.3....
