OK, I found a single mission with a Luftwaffe Stuka attack against a Soviet train and sure enough, the train was there!

Sorry, that didn't work.  Still can't add any trains to a map in FMP with that class file removed.

Well...I have to restart again to work with trains....I hoped it was fixed from Vampir but seem that this should be tesed again....I'm optimist because in my old BAT4.2 I had solved the issues...after a couple of weeks of testing....now I hope to do the same even if I have accidentally lost my last working 4.2 BAT....

In the meantime to have trains working at full you have to disable the whole !0_WxTech_TRAIN_classes_ALL-game-versions

Wow, crazy complicated!  So long as the trains are working I'll keep those class files.  I don't need to create my own missions.

Hi Whiskey Sierra

When we merge the train class files of the two mods, which one has priority and should overwrite the other?  Should we keep WxTech's V1.6 train classes and just add the new ones from the Train Mod V1.1?

Installing this need to add and modify all the entries in technics , chiefs and stationary....this mod in my old installation load lower than WxTech train....

Not full correct , part of the code maybe , part of the trains not....I'm testing and adding the missing....I'll rpeort asap...but I'll be out of home all the weekend....

OK Whiskey Sierra, we're going to need your expertise and patience to solve this issue.  In the meantime, have a great weekend and clear your mind before you get back to work again!

For what it's worth, in my vanilla installation of BAT WAW 4.3.0 (including Patch 1) and without any mods added I cannot add any trains to a map in FMB but they are available in the drop-down list.

And in my BAT WAW 4.3.0 installation that includes WxTech Effects V1.6, after having removed all Effects and 3DO/Effects folders from the original, I am still unable to add a train in FMB. 

However, I downloaded the Ju-88 Train Busters campaign and flew the first mission to verify that trains are being loaded without a CTD.  As I reported earlier with the Stuka attack mission, the Soviet trains were loaded correctly (and burned in spectacular fashion with the aid of WxTech Effects V1.6).
