Trying Moscow campaign says "No master file mission found"? DCG 3.50

I was never able to play this campaign for some reason, it never generates the campaign. DCG Pops up with an error saying "No master file was found in master folder". I made sure the file is there and it is. I am at a loss.

It also doesn't show up on the DCG panel. I can see campaigns like typhoon or bagration but none of those also work.

I checked the mission files in master if there are any typos but nothing.
