Fi156 Spotter, How it works ?
« on: December 24, 2024, 07:42:41 AM »

In FMB I put a Fi156 Spotter with Weapons "Art_Spotter_410mm" and predicted a GAttack Waypoint on a target, but nothing happens.

Could you help me and tell me where I went wrong?   :-X

Thanks  :)

I use Fi156 as a human, how do I call artillery? Do I need to set a key?
Thanks

IIRC you could have to padlock the target , then fire with weapon 1 buttons and then wait for the burst to arrive....

I have used them in DOF and here IIRC I have to aim by my left wingtip to the target area and shoot a burst by buttons 1....no padlock IIRC....

Regarding the spotter function in C&C (Command and Control).
Look into the "Artillery" chapter in the manual.

This is only for the player, of course, not for AI. And you need to place "Arty" objects on the map.
Cool feature!
