Hello all,

today, i installed the new 4.3 version for WAW.
No changes were made to the PC configuration since last time i played (~some weeks ago)

Im facing now following problems:
- during flight suddenly (erratic, no trigger identified) sound starts to stutter and repeat
- input gets a giant lag, machine is flying (sim is running continously), but not reacting to any keyboard or joystick buttons
- guns are firing with a delay of 1-2 seconds.
- everything feels very slow and laggy (but Sim is running with 60 fps all the time)
- after 10 to 30 sec it goes back to normal.
- repeating every minute or so...

Any ideas what to try?
Its unplayable in this condition.

I am currently in Montys BOB campaigns, flying with a Hurrcane IIb.
I can reproduce the failure when i take the quick mission builder with a Hurry IIb and some enemies.

Tested with other aircraft, other maps, other enemies.
Happens everywhere.
Thats a complete new problem i never faced in many years of Sturmovik.

Check the task manager to see what is taking up CPU power when the game is not working properly. Maybe the antivirus is scanning something hard?

PaladinX reports issues for BAT 4.3 only.
You reported that your issues persist even after reinstalling the Steam Game from scratch and running it in plain vanilla configuration.
That's hardly the "same thing".

Amended my thread as it seemed to be a config and compatibility mode issue.
