Log is very clear definitely there is no Bf-109E-3B "hidden" in BAT 4.3 (i checked also with my version) and this is the reason for the crash so most likely Gunny has some 109 mod with the appropriate class files

Depending on the individual's current degree of modding, it may or may not be my method.

If it doesn't work, there is an alternative.

So if you can't take my method, don't be disappointed and try to find "the alternative".

PS : after checking my Bf-109 mod, I think I can see why CTD is happening in clean mod. However, I think it would be wise to focus on ''the alternative" I mentioned rather than finding the cause. And let's wait for our friend Stanislao to return home soon from his long vacation in Southeast Asia.

I'm getting the same error as csvousden after attempting to install this BF-109E3B mod for V4.12.2 in my BAT WAW 4.3.0 installation.  I did a classcheck of the 11 hex files located in the BF-109B3 mod folder against all the class files in BAT WAW 4.3.0 and no conflicts were reported.

I was unaware that forum rules forbid us from posting links between sites, and had in fact mentioned another aircraft mod that I'd found at the FreeIL2Modding forum, which I've gone back and deleted. 

Thanks so much for letting all of us know about this aircraft, Gunny!  I'm sure a solution will be provided soon by someone who can help with the missing class file(s).  The cockpit is indeed amazing, and I've now added the WxTech/Carsmaster 1024x1024 mirror mod which I hadn't been aware of until reading through this thread.

Your warm support always gives me a lot of strength.

Uploading my Bf-109 mod will probably fix the CTD issue.

However, it would be too primitive method for users using the latest high-level BAT of 4.3.

So I actively recommend all users to take the path sss637 and Paulo Hirth have chosen.

Hi Gunny

I'm referring to the head code fix that Dr. Strangelove posted recently in the same thread (2B18A8EE026DE8E2), which is not included with BAT WAW 4.3.0 by default:

BF-109-E3B_HEAD-CODE-FIX_[4.09-4.12]

I'm not allowed to post a link to the correction here but it's included with the original mod as an update.

Putting a direct link to an FM mod violates the policy of both our sites

Given the problems faced by FM renewal of registration needs to be manually approved by admins there so you should write them a mail. At the FM sites there is a dedicated post for login problems.

Tried 3 times, got no response. Then I gave up.
