Hi Mission_bug,

In the "com", added the class files for Little Boy and Fat Man ...

In the QMB, the bombs above are seen but no "Empty"

With "com" and your hashed class files, it flies normally ...

Without the "com", still the: " java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/maddox/il2/objects/air/CockpitB35$Variables " !!

Attached is my file:

Greetings,

Hello again Gilles, hope all is well.

I put the last link straight into my ModAct 5.30 test install and all worked, I had removed previous versions of the B-35 but the B-49 remained:

As with you Gilles the weapon screen does not show the 'Empty' option but everything else does seem okay from the images above. 8)

I also deactivated the com folder for one test and as you mention also a CTD.

Thank you very much for this latest update, really appreciated. ;)

Well, where does that lead us then? It seems much can and does depend on your own install but more so in how the various folders are
used, for this latest you have both hashed and un-hashed class files and that I guess goes against what we normally are used to seeing
when we add a new type to our install.  o_O

Why are the extracted aircraft so different in their layout?

Anyway, from what we have tried there are now versions in this thread that will hopefully help anyone wanting this outside of BAT to add
it into their install but the messing around trying different set ups is not what we really want as for many it will just be too much hassle to
actually swap around folders and constantly see a CTD. ::(

I will leave this thread open for now as I do not think we can safely confirm any version posted in here but this is the first one for me that worked without a CTD
with the hashed classes so I guess we are as close as we are likely to get, maybe the BAT team could shed light on why this is/has been such a challenge. :o

Take care and be safe.

Wishing you all the very best, Pete. ;D

The lack of the "Empty" loadout is most likely due to a missing space at the end of the last line in the cod text file. Fortunately it is a non critical error

Hi Frankiek,

Would it be possible to rectify this non-critical error for us, despite everything ?   ;)

Hello guys, seems I am part of the problem here with our issues, I thought I had uploaded everything so was surprised at the problems arising, however, I checked this morning the original folder I uploaded with hashed files and it was missing two. :-[ I become more gormless with each day passing but I sent the files onto Gilles along with the hashed files for the nuclear bombs and it yielded a positive result in my tests so I will wait to see what his outcomes are.  ;)

The two I missed were CockpitB35$Interpolater and CockpitB35$Variables, '0099BB30C1D42280' and 'FF033C9CC9B4C424', talk about doing half a job, sorry guys for the hassle this caused.

I promise I will never do another of these extractions again, not even for Alex, I made so many stupid mistakes during the whole process, I retire and leave it to others, I have had enough of the torment. :(

The hashed files folder has been removed for now until things get sorted, the others remain as some were able to use it that way but I think a final release will most likely come from Gilles. ;)

I will have a look

Thank you very much Frankiek, really appreciated. 8)

Extracted from BAT, authors unknown so all credit to the original author and the BAT team.

... the original author is Dandolo513, then Frankiek stepped in, then Dandolo asked me to add the missing shadows ...  ;)

Thank you very much for the update Mick, really appreciated. 8)

Dandolo has updated me on where the models came from, sadly they were never released here in the forum so I did not know just who was involved in the original models or how they got into BAT, I will add that information into this WIP thread on the first post.

Take care and be safe.

Hello guys, this section is now closed as there has been a new version released in the Heavies section.  ;)

I removed my links to save confusion as the new released version will hopefully work for all who might want to download it.

Take care and be safe.
