"MiG-9P" MiG-9 With Ramjets

In the process of Frankensteinifying various planes, I have made mostly German ones, since there's the most material for them, but the allies really ought to have their own 1946 super-frankenplanes to even the playing field.

So, I present the MiG-9P (P for PVRD, Russian acronym for ramjet):


It's a very simple mod, no fancy cockpit changes or ordnance, just a bunch of big fat cannons. Just like any MiG-9, beware firing the center gun at anything above 3,000m altitude, as you risk the engines shutting down from ingesting gun smoke.

This "Buildings/Airdrome/BarrackB/live.sim not created" seems to have nothing to do with the MiG-9P. My ModAct5.3 game can run the MiG-9P mod without any such error. There is also no spontaneous fire when the plane is spawned on the ground.

On the other hand, these "Can't find chunk" errors are much more interesting:

"Can't find chunk CF_D3" is strange and shouldn't happen, because CF_D3 is definitely included in the 3D model and it's the same exact mesh as the CF_D3 from the MiG-9FS, so there should be no such error "Cannot find chunk CF_D3". I also get this error in my game, though. Obviously, there is something causing this; but what? Who knows? Maybe the game is drunk.

"Can't find chunk Prop3_D0" and "Can't find chunk Prop4_D0" are oversights on my part; I will patch this error soon.

The only thing that catches my eye with regards to CF_D3 is that the previous mesh in hier.him (CF_D2) is not declared to be "Separable", in contrast to all other damage levels of CF.
Might wanna give it a try and make that chunk separable too?

very nice. could use more allied jet waht ifs. Hope the BI-6 gets treatment too.

In fact, switching separability around fixed all missing chunk errors. I will upload the fixed version of the mod later, which will also fix a small error in the B-20 loadouts' gun hook positioning.
