Hi mates!

I need your thoughts about a consideration regarding my actual GTX1660 super graphic card and my future monitor in 4k....

Actually I have a 1920x1200 monitor and my IL2 run at an average of 40+ fps with a I5 12600kf CPU.

When I planned the rig I was hoping that , since IL2 is a CPU game , the 1660 could have supported the 4k resolution....

But lately I read that the 1660 can only technically support a 4k monitor if not for gaming....

What do you think about?

Could the 1660 run at 4k resolution as the great work is done by the CPU or I have to set a lower resolution until I have enough money to upgarde the GPU too?

I know that you could suggest to try , but as I'm very slow to collect the needed money for the 4k , if I have to also to look at a new GPU , I have to wait further to have have enough money and don't stay too much time with the 4k but not yet with the upgraded GPU....so your support is very needed to help me to correctly plan and timing the purchases...
