The problem has been solved. I downloaded the FV-190 2023 package from Dimas 1999 with Aviskins. There are Java classes for cabins. They were missing in BAT.

Good thing it was solved!
Missing java classes would indicate it was corrupted files from download, or Windows Defender / Antivirus doing it's job like first timer.

It can be a good solution to remove everything and to make another clean install, carefully checking each step. Then try to replicate the problem, but before installing any extra mod.
It can be seen as a waste of time, but searching another "faster" resolution can take more time.
