well he looks un harmed! So um do I have to new pilot mod? and if yes, how do I remove it?

Check your conf.ini file again and make sure its still set to highgore=1. Sometimes the game changes it. Also to be safe:

~ right click on your conf.ini
~ click on properties
~ click the 'read only' box
~ click apply
~ click ok

MAKE SURE YOU DELETED YOUR ~wrapper.cache file in your #DBW folder!! THEN TRY AGAIN! if your using up/dbw with selector.

Still not working after this? Disable all mods by renaming with a minus sign in front except for 'gore fx'.
Now see if it works.. If it does then:

Then add your other mods back ( remove the minus sign from the name ) one by one and check to make sure its
still working.

Still not working? Try deleteing the last '.last.quick' in  Your drive:\IL-2 Sturmovik - 1946\Quicks

Still no joy? Do a fresh install of IL2.

Well I see the last .quicks but for somejow reason it i  not in the folder EDIT: I found it, man and well still don't work. I never deleted anything in my DBW, the only thying there where folders?

Wow, a good Violence mod!   

More realistic then having a pilot with a straight, unbloody face!

This makes me want to stay on the mission even after I died!
