On my version the ventral bucket doesn't show, just the mg. Any solution?
Look in your MODS folder for a mod named Air_JU-52-3mg3  If you have one take it out,the ventral bucket will show up.

It is so cool, maestro Ranwers! By the way, early versions of TB-3 had similar ventral buckets under each wing, it would be nice to see it ingame;) I have some photos if somebody is interested

Beautiful update, thanks!
I have just one request: I really hate that non-skinnable front motor. In the past I solved the problem with a hier modification, restoring the old motor model (you can find this fix here. scroll down to CirX post https://www.sas1946.com/main/index.php/topic,1522.0.html)
But that method doesn't work on this updated Ju-52. Can someone help me in restoring the old motor model?
Thanks.

Two questions:
- I have the earlier cockpit patch which contains this plane (but without the bucket etc.)
How do I integrate the two?

- Also, is a 6xSC-250 bombload really feasible operationally? I'm curious to learn more about how these aircraft were actually used. The payload seems a bit heavy (compared to other operational bombers at the time).

I tried to restore that old engine by extracting the original mesh from sfs archives and using it. All other things went well, but that old engine had ugly skin and was missing front part of cowling. I don't know any other reason than that the default skin doesn't support the original engine anymore. I now have to hope that someone edits the default skin to restore the possibility to use the old nose engine so that it gets good color and doesn't lose front of cowling because of some alpha-channel edit.

However, old and new engine together look pretty good, the new one gives round shape and some details, and the old one fills the empty space behing new engine with exhaust pipes.
