she is only shaky because you easily fly faster than 170kmh. thats the estimated top speed. you know what happened if you fly faster than the top speed of a plane in il2? yes it begins to shake and if you still fly faster, it begins to break into peaces.

the stock engine is limited to faster planes up to around 1100kmh. the only thing to avoid heavy shaking is to increase the max allowed speed. but then you will fly too fast for this kind of heli...

I think it's a bug. because the helicopter easily fly at a speed more then 200 km/h without any shakes..... but only when the engine stopped.  ;D

Please try.

^^ That's because the stabilisation system is off when the engine is off... If you want the helicopter to be a plane then fine it won't shake, if you want it to be a helicopter you've got no other option.

This may be because of the floats, but I noticed that I can land in the water even without them deployed and suffer no damage to the helicopter. Is this because it was programmed to have flotation?

^^should be that and the fact the hooks are there whether deployed or not. Hooks as in modelling 3D hooks not like a tailhook or fishing hook...

I´m thinking about some experimental "armed" versions. Like:

1). US Army = 2 x .50 Cal MG
2). US Army = 2 x .50 Cal MG + 24 2.75 in rockets
3). US Army = 1 x 20mm Cannon (searching model)
4). ALAT (French Army) = 1 or 2 MG 151/20 cannons

Hey i was thinking, not sure if this is possible or historically correct for that matter but would folding rotor blades be possible for the naval versions? So when you spawn on deck you have to unfold them like you would wings? Either way amazing mod and thankyou again for the hard work!

is historical correct, but the HRS3 has "manual" folding blades...
