Hmm.. that's weird. What are your deadzones set at out of curiosity? That may have something to do with it.

My dead zones are all at 0 and filtering are also at 0.
I am using a Force feed backII as stick , X52 as throttle, Saitek pro flight as pedals

I use 100% sensitivity, 0 deadzones and filtering. I use a Saitek Evo FFB, Saitek Thotle quad and CH pedals. The long throw of the throttle helps, otherwise it feels like a bunch of parts flying in formation. I just now managed to land on an escort carrier though it was not pretty ;) I've found this a little more challenging to do well then I thought, but taking it as slow as I can and enjoying it very much.

I am not sure what to suggest other then try decreasing the sensitivity.

Anyone else know? Good luck tho

I have discovered a major bug in the H19D.

When the tail section with the tail rotor is destroyed, you can still control the yaw axis on the helicopter and keep it stable...

I broke five tails to test it just a minutes ago....all the times I lost the yaw control.

So, I ask.
  • Anyone else have this bug?
  • AIRdomination. Have you record a track of the bug?
  • AIRdomination. Are you flying with realistic setings?

I did have realistic settings on, and I will recreate the scene I had with my buddy to show. Will post it here tomorrow.

if you keep forward speed up, the airflow over the body of the helo will keep it form spinning.

Question: when one opens the Canopy on the HRS, isn't one supposed to see a bunch of little Marines inside, like you see bombs in a bomb bay? I do not but was wondering if I might be missing something.

Thanks in advance

Do you see the troopers on C47? ;)

A man/pilot mesh has a lot of polys. Six/eight troopers inside has almost the same amount of polygons that the helicopter. I try to make friendly models with slower PCs, so Marines inside is not an option for me.

Yeah, only one thing is still bugging me which is why I haven't released this little add-on for flak's heli is that the smoothing on the people needs to be fixed :S At the moment if you see in the pictures they are kinda blocky. If any 3D guru want to fix it they are very welcome to... I'm using max 2010. (After a generic model is smoothed down I will make various different positions for each person, at least that is what I intend to do for the future, perhaps randomly animated as well but we shall see, the limits of my coding knowledge are on the limits for that bit)

I could release it as it is but I dunno, we shall see.
