Ranwers, do you have a template (PSD or layered file) of the skin?
That makes it a bit easier to update it.
I´d be glad to help with the skin to make it better. But it helps to save some time :)

Hooftman's Fokker G.1 book has copies of Fokker G.1 performance figures (both G.1A and G.1B), from the official G.1 handbook dated May 1940. For the Mercury G.1 (G.1A) the max speeds are:

sea level (0 m): 399 km/h
at 1000 m       : 417 km/h
at 2000 m       : 436 km/h
at 3000 m       : 455 km/h
at 4000 m       : 473 km/h
at 4100 m       : 475 km/h
at 5000 m       : 465 km/h
at 6000 m       : 452 km/h
at 7000 m       : 435 km/h

Cruising speed is 383 km/h at 4265 m, 55% power, 2250 rpm and 665 mm Hg manifold pressure. Range with full tanks is 1500 km at cruising speed and altitude. Rate of climb figures to follow.

Hope this helps.

Hooftman's book makes it very clear that Finland never ordered the G1, although the Finns did show a great deal of interest in the aircraft. The 25 so-called "Finnish" G1-Bs were actually ordered by the Spanish Republican government. The Dutch government forbade delivery to Spain and the aircraft were to be delivered to Estonia, with Estonia to ship them to Republican Spain. It appears that Fokker kept up the myth of Finland being the purchaser as a smokescreen to camouflage the ultimate destination of these planes.
Had Finland actually ordered G1s, Fokker would probably have built the first batch, with the majority to be built in Finland under licence as with the D.XXIs.
Sweden also showed great interest in the G1, and actually ordered 18 with an option for a further 77 (!). Sweden even signed a licence agreement with Fokker in April 1940, but the German occupation of Holland in May 1940 prevented further work.
Denmark also signed a licence agreement with Fokker in 1939, but no Danish G1s were built. These would have been Mercury-powered G1As- the Swedish G1s would presumably have been G1Bs.

Nothing to do, step by step I followed all the suggestions that are in this post, to drive the Fokker G1, but nothing doing yet I can not enter the cockpit. :(
Anyways wait for the situation, perhaps with a release of a patch could straighten everything.
However Ranwers to Honor for his great and hard work made available to us all.
Thanks Ranwers.  ;)

Sorry Bombsaway, I have not done anything special, I have not installed under the UP, I installed this MOD, in my old MOD installation, and the two pits works fine

I got the cockpit working by this way:

copy of labels3 an renaming as labels3_haken ---> not working

so moved the mod at the top of my mods folder (without deleting labels3_haken) --------> and now working !

I have a stand alone install.

No identical classfile found in my mods folder under Windows search.
The shift-F1 bug still present for me. I can switch to gunner. I have HakenAllowed=1 in the conf.ini file.

Thanks to Ranwers & his guys for sharing. Beautiful cockpit !

No chance to achieve this values with actual FM.Plane is simply 100km/h slower as it should be.Sorry, until FM update no use for me  :(

Rawners congrats!!!!

A very nice aircraft, to bad for the flight model, it is indeed to underpowered. (at least 150 km/h at 10.000 feet)
But the model is very nice.

- edit - Rawners, i looked into the FM file and it points to the mercury VIII engine, it has 675 horsepower instead of the 830 horsepower of the Fokker G1A. You should create a VIII-GI subclass emd with the right HP. So a tip for a new buttons file.....

I hope i was any help.

Thanks for this great warbird.

The engines fitted to the G.1A were Bristol Mercury VIIIs, rated at 830 hp at 2750 rpm, manifold pressure 1018 mm Hg at an altitude of 4100 m; prop reduction ratio was 1:0.572, again according to the info from the official G1 handbook of May 1940.
