New cockpits for G4M Betty/Ki2 Sally

G4M cockpit pilot in standard green.


Cab Ki-21 bombardier in the blue SAS.

Beware, both aircraft have many common texture. So I recommend installing
either both or nothing.

For those that fly with this nice cockpit repaint... I made a fix for the rough dashboard edge some time ago.
I originally made it for use with DBW/UP3, but it should work with other versions of the game using Tyrl's nice G4M repaint. You can find it here:
