    WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?

This mod changes the cockpit instruments/gauges language of the
Fokker DXXI series and optionally also for the Fokker G.1 by Ranwers.

    REQUIREMENTS
The IL-2 game, patched to 4.09, modded.


==============================
    INSTALLATION

Extract the "Fokker_Instruments_English" folder in your IL-2 MODS folder.

*IMPORTANT*
This mod will by default only work for the DXXI series EARLY, so if you want
English instruments/gauges as well for the DXXI SARJA 3 LATE:

1. go to [your IL-2 folder]\MODS\Fokker_instruments_English\3do\Cockpit
2. make a copy of the folder:  DXXI_SARJA3_EARLY
3. rename this copy:  DXXI_SARJA3_LATE


FOKKER G.I - if you have the Fokker G.1 mod by Ranwers and want
to replace the Finnish instruments for English ones:

1. go to [IL-2 folder]\MODS\Fokker_instruments_English\3do\Cockpit\DXXI_SARJA3_EARLY
2. copy it's contents (the TGA files) into:
   [IL-2 folder]\MODS\FokkerG1\3do\Cockpit\FOKKERG1
3. Click 'Yes' to overwrite the existing tga files.
4. And you should be good to go.

    WHY THIS MOD?

The Finnish language is gobbledygook to me (no disrespect to our
Finnish friends) and being a Dutchie I wanted these Fokkers :-)
to have a Dutch language cockpit.
After I had done that, I imagined some of the non-Dutch speaking
IL-2 brethren might fancy an English version as well.

This is not an historical representation nor an accurate translation job,
it's just made at my own standards, so if you are a nitpicking
cockpit purist, you might want to leave this mod to the cretins.

    COMPATIBILITY

This mod contains TGA make-overs only.
So no class files or meshes to mess and clash with other mods.

    DISCLAIMER

As always, use at your own risk, bla bla, keep this mod away from fire,
don't challenge mountain goats with it and refrain from dragging it through
the mud.
My sole intention is to hand out the option to enhance your IL-2 game, that's all.
