How to provide files for Static Management tool ?

When I am trying to extract my actors.static file, the error appears asking for MapSize.txt file. How can I obtain such file? Or, what am I doing wrong way? Is anywhere step by step tutorial for such guys as I am ? ;)

To get the correct map size of the y of the map in meters,
I open the map_t of the map and multiply the y of the map by 200 for a 1 to 1 map
