Thanks for the help!

But I haven't yet finish the trouble!

Before you point me at the difference I have used the readme entry!

BUT....If I use the air.ini from the topic I have a CTD as I try to enter in the arming screen or load a QMB!!

(I have a sas 2.3 full custom installation with 8.4 buttons)

In a similar way I have similar CTD when I use 4.10 plane adapted for 4.09.....maybe that code line you tell in the second post of this page??

And....

....another little question: in download there are 4 plane in 3do/plane folder and 4 plane entry in the readme but in the topic there are only 3 plane entry!

oops. Sorry man. havent been feeling well lately.

I updated the 4th plane to the 1st post as it was later added into the pack, and made the needed corrections.

What I ment to say was that I had changed the the air.ini on these planes. but you are in the right to correct me because I had missed a few things. dooooh.

Try that one and see if it's better for ya.

Hi Riken, sorry to add to your misery; the latest version gives a 60% CTD. I'm on buttons 8.3. Its a pity as you added the 2 gun version faster than lightning, thanks for that.

I'll test them tomorrow but as I can see the plane have 4 classfiles when before (first version with conflicting plane folders) have 5 (one with the same name)....this make me think that I'll got the same CTD when going into the arming screen or as a mission is loading....

Did you develope them having a UP 2.01 installation?

Just to let you know I got the same issue with epervier plane he switch from 4.10 to 4.09 apart the R-5....

All I did guys was thow out all the classfiles. The reason for 4 classfiles this time, is because these are just the airfiles only. The cockpits are based off the stocks and do not require any more classfiles.

I will check them all again and look.

henkypenky: You and walter are having the same 60% CTD, so when I resolve the issue for him. it will work for you as well.

Hi mate!

Sorry I have some trouble explaining correctly in engish my situation:

If I install them on a vanilla 409+sas2.3 all work fine!

Instead if I install them on a same game configuration but with my custom mod selection I got the game loading apparently fine because and I can go into any future of it menu , but as I go into arming panel or I open a plane in FMB or QMB arming screen or I try to load a mission I got an immediate CTD!

I have the same trouble with the 410 mod edited for 409 by epervier....

Any suggestion or hypothesis about the cause?

Walter, from what I can see here, your ship mod is causing you problems as I can see on this. I cant see anything for those spitfires listed in here. can you give me the bottom part of the list please.

Thanks for the mod upgrade. As far as affecting the game stock Spitfire Vcs, it works well and I no longer have the missing filter problem. Yet I've spotted an error and I've got a problem. There's an error in the readme file in the 4th line of the air.ini entries: the "land" at the end of the middle group is missing. It's correct at the beginning of this forum though. I used the readme and got an crash loading the game.
The problem is the Spitfire Vc-4 CW which has the "prop in the windscreen" syndrome. The other three don't have it. I've got 4.101 with SAS modact.
