For a very long time I had wanted a plain 4.09m game for on-line with only a
gun sight mod.
Thanks to you for this I now have that. All works GREAT.

You will be able to on some server but you will be INVISIBLE!

The only mods that will work online properly Are any effects mods, cockpit mods and I don't think much else. ;)

... And if you are, you cannot damage/kill anybody else.
UltraPack is the best base installation for online gameplay, since you can revert to any inherent versions (plain 4.09m, HSFX 4.11) from JSGME. Furthermore, you can utilize the IL-2 Server Library tool to apply settings for the server you're intending to join automatically. This should avoid most possible trouble.
That's it from my side, since I'm playing online only once every 2 or 3 weeks, and even if so, just for testing purpose.

yup. We went to great lenghts to have a close and mutualy supportive partnership with Ultrapack, after many calls to "unify" the community, and for SAS to offer support for their online playing members. :)

Why else does everyone think we have such close ties to Ultrapack?

Cirx, Thanks for this new ModActivator:

I installed over 4.9m clean and then the M.A. 2.3 beta: My intention is to have an installation for planes of WWI and not beyond 1939; however, some mods will be included, specially those that enhances the game (Effects, sounds, Bridges, Egypt, Infantry, Hangars, etc.) but, and this is a BUTT, cannot use 0_0_Plutonium_Universal_Max_Effects  :'(. If I do, I get the "memory cannot be read error", few seconds after my cockpit appears, any plane, any Map; if I disable the Plutonium, everything goes well and I can use the 2.3 quite well.

So far I have Beowulff's planes as those from Skipper, Hs-123, Letov, CSS-13, Sentinel (?).

After many trials, I declare myself incompetent to Upload anything, log.lst, screenshot of my MOD Folder, because I have no Idea of How to do it, so this post is to check if someone else have had problems with Plutonium; meanwhile everything is going OK.

I appeal to your Patience and of the others in the Forum; Thanks in advance.

You can activate the IL-2 Start up log in the Config.ini file by changing the relevant lines to this:

LOG=1
LOGTIME=1
LOGFILE=log.lst
LOGKEEP=0

You can then open the "log.lst" file found in the IL-2 Root folder with Wordpad (It formats the text instead of leaving it Jumbled up like Notepad will) ;)

Yes, I have already the log.lst, however i do not know how to upload it to this forum. Do I need a program? should I subscribe to an "enterprise" to do it for me ? which one? how is it done?. This situation is a repetition of something that happened before to me, and unfortunately, in that opportunity it was missinterpreted as if I do not want to do it. Putting it Simple, I do not know how to upload a picture, a document, or anything in a different way as sending a Fax or e-mail.

It is embarrassing to me to recognize that I am not being able to do something that apparently everybody does, but.... I prefer to ask if somebody have had problems with the Plutonium Mod and if solved, how it was done; otherwise, I will keep myself fiddling with this problem or doing that, until solved or my PC explodes....... or me for that matter.

Again, I appreciate your interest on helping me.

HC, have u check the Plutonium thread to make sure you havent got any of the incompatible mods activated. There may be a confliction in that department.

Just open it in Word Pad and copy and paste the text here.
