A nature hike or bird-watching perhaps? The region is well known for its rugged landscape and varied wildlife ... tourist boards still haven't discovered the benefit of guiding people to historical SCW sites. For that you are still on your own for the most part. By asking locals you can usually find what you are looking for, though you have to know it's there to begin with ...
