Attaching a Camera

Installed the Bismark but when I cycle through F4 there is no camera attached to it, the Valley Forge and the Boxer both show when cycling through F3, so my question is how do I attach a camera to the Bismark? Thanks.

um, there's never been cameras attached to any ships, only carriers. it's always been this way...
